Every day we are losing kids to suicide. Every day we are watching families break apart. Every day we are seeing the effects of mental health issues in our communities.  Join Christy Kane Ph.D. in turning the tide one person and one family and one community at a time.

THE FAMILY CHALLENGE

  • Play a board game each week as a family for an hour

  • Hug each member of your family for 8 times each day

  • Engage in tactile activities with your family 

  • Go camping and on nature hikes

  • Do a memorization challenge

  • Have a family spiritual experience

  • Have a family media plan

THE INDIVIDUAL CHALLENGE

  • Get 8 hugs a day

  • Memorize an uplifting quote or scripture

  • Get 30 minutes of exercise each day

  • Call an old friend and talk to them voice to voice

  • Spend an hour in face to face conversation with a person you care about each day

  • Say I love you often even to yourself
